Tuyap Palas Hotel

GREAT LOCATION IF YOU WANTTO ATTEND EXHBITION AT TUYAP . HOTEL HAS ACCESS TO EXHIBITION FROM THE LOBBY BUS STAND NEARBY TO EXPLORE CITY . GREAT STAFF .

BREAKFAST COULD HAVEFEW MORE OPTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL / ASIAN GUESTS - VEGETARIAN OPTIONS IN PARTICULAR

LocationIt's next to the fair which made it easy and quick to attend

We had to pay for cappuccino even if we had breakfast included

It was definitely not worth that money.

Their one-time use slippers had pretty awful quality that I even wanted to tell the staff about it but didn’t have enough time. The slippers were literally falling apart when just simply walking ! I tried 2 of them, both fell apart in a short time. Never used such one-time slippers, they definitely should take a look into that.

Very near to exhibition hall, walking distance to exhibition hall.

It’s really old style, not worth for 5 star hotel. Last night incident, due to less hotel guest, they shut down old building, the whole building has no staff, and without prior notice. (From the photo, there’s 2 building) anyhow, overall sucks experience!

The only positive thing was that if you are going for an exhibition to the fair it's very easy as the hotel is just next to the fair you don't get stuck in traffic when leaving the exhibition

The hotel is very old and dirty. In my room the doors of the closet were broken. Not valid a 5 stars at all. For 2 consecutive days they were not coming in the room to fix and clean it.

Very good breakfast

Old furniture, uncomfortable mattress, old tv without smart functions, rooms need renovations.

Location is perfect if you are exhibiting at TUYAP Exhibition Centre or visiting.

Facilities are old and not maintained well.Walls need to get painted; wall papers need to be repaired or renewed.Upholstery of the seats in the restaurants and in the rooms are quite dirty.Outside of windows are quite dirty.

Location for going to the fair

Complicated system of invoicing. Too much papoerwork and some mistakes.

Location next to the fair which is the reason of my tripe .Excellent breakfas.

The stuff are unfriendly & unhelpful . I didn't remember any smile on their faces. They refused to help me when I asked to help me in carrying my luggage from the lobby to the taxi when I was checking out. Also the painting of my room was not good & has many defects .

Location was suitable for attending the exhibition.

The hotel has made mistake in the invoice at time of check out. There is error of about Turkish Lira 3,000. I have messaged them thru the booking.com app. When I phoned them just now, the response of the person at Reception was unsatisfactory.

Location was great for the Tuyap exhibition

The furniture was old especially in the breakfast room. The hotel don't look like a 5 star hotel

The breakfast was ok. And location was very good considering our assistance to the Fair.

Take in consideration that we arrived to the airport by 06:00 AM and one and a half hour later was our check in. a t the hotel. We had to wait for 2 hours before the room was assigned to us, but they were very friendly and we have the opportunity to have breakfast while the room was ready. No complain about.

The location

The room we were in definitely does not correspond to the category of the hotel. There is no ratio between quality and price. A broken trash can in the bathroom, a broken socket in the room...and one more thing, the hotel definitely needs renovation. These stars are no match for him.

The location was next to the exhibition center, and the personnel at the hotel was very friendly.Breakfast was excellent.

The far distance from the city center, where it is good to combine business with city tour. But this was not affordable.Next thing, the shower gel was not soo good and no toothpaste was available in the room.

Location to the exhibition.

Not that clean in the rooms!Breakfast not 5 stars! Staff not smiling or looking forward to be at service.

Location, close to the fair.

Can be loud at night from the elevator and people passing by. Woke up few times.

The hotel is excellent, very comfortable and close to the exhibition halls. Everything was perfect and the best. The breakfast was amazing and varied and nothing was missed.

The hotel is situated next to the fair halls and very comfortable for a business trip. The view from the upper floors is amazing.

The bathrooms are clean but need some renovation.

Clean and big room.
